Todd Mercural-Chapman

Todd Mercural-Chapman : Vice President

Todd is the Program Manager for the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands where he provides training and resources for nonprofit capacity building.

After earning a B.A. in English literature from Colorado College in 2003, Todd co-founded a nonprofit organization called Paddle for the Presidency in an effort to increase youth-voter turnout in the Mississippi River Basin during the 2004 presidential election and served as Director of Communications and Outreach. In 2006, he joined the Peace Corps and lived in the village of Siou, Kara Region, Togo, West Africa, for 27 months as a small enterprise and community development volunteer where he facilitated workshops and seminars for villagers and advised locally-run NGOs in capacity building and internal organization. Todd serves on the Executive Council of the American Society of Public Administration-Nebraska Chapter.  He is currently enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. In his free time he enjoys running, cycling, photography, canoeing and reading.
